Museum of Art and History

Linda Dever has her piece Deepest Depths of Reality or Despair on display at the Santa Cruz Museum of Art and History called MAH. This is part of an Exhibit on older adults called We Are Still Here. This exhibit runs until January 12, 2020. It explores the difficulties and loneliness of being over 65 possibly losing most of your friends and also having health issues! My painting explores almost drowning and then being lifted up by the dragonfly and hope!
The museum is free on the first Friday of every month otherwise it’s $10 or $8 for students. However it’s a beautiful space and everyone should see it.
